Nah, gotta disagree a bit here. HR needs Cloud Video Interop since they have to support third-party VTC gear, not Teams Rooms. For Marketing, Teams Rooms on Windows is the way because it supports coordinated meetings with Surface Hub. Pretty sure that's exactly what MS expects, unless I'm missing a trick with the requirements.
CVI for HR, Teams Rooms on Windows for Marketing, but only if HR still has those legacy VTCs in play.
For HR it's Cloud Video Interop since they need to connect third-party VTCs. For Marketing, Teams Rooms on Windows covers coordinated meetings with Surface Hub. Pretty sure that's right based on the setup requirements, but open to corrections if I missed something.
