C/D? Looking at the wording, "cause" is what matters, not "impact", and that's where a lot of people slip up. I've seen similar questions in practice with that trap so just flagging it.
Its C, saw something similar in practice and went with this option.
Is anyone else noticing the dropdown wording flips things? If it asked about "impact" instead of "cause", you'd probably want a different pick. Seen similar exam questions trip people up for that exact reason.
I don’t think it’s B. D fits better because reviews keep the project aligned with the plan, so progress is checked against something concrete. Plus, extra costs would trigger a need for replanning since budget overruns aren't usually tolerated. I’m mostly confident but wouldn't mind if someone still argues for C based on different phrasing.
D imo. Project progress reviews keep things on track against the plan, and excess costs are definitely a main cause for replanning since they impact budget approval. Pretty sure that's what they're testing here with the wording but open to corrections if someone thinks different.
B
