Maybe D. Data and Application could easily get mixed up here, but D looks close if you think of Application split out.
A tbh. The mapping matches how TOGAF splits up the Data/App objectives in Phase C and Business Architecture in B. Saw a similar split on another practice set, so I think A fits best. But open to being wrong here.
