Nah, not C or D here. B sorts it since only custom scripts actually bring back DNS settings after failover, seen this in Nutanix docs and some practice sets. Static IP is a bit of a trap.

B tbh, since scripts are what you'd need to bring DNS back after failover. Not 100 percent sure if there's a newer Nutanix feature for this though.

Probably B here, only custom scripts get DNS settings restored after failover. The others don't really touch DNS config at the VM level.
