D or maybe C. I see official guide examples usually suggest trying the local admin first, especially right after an upgrade breaks domain login. Not sure if anyone's seen C mentioned in official practice tests though. Would double-check with labs or exam prep docs to be certain.

A is wrong, D. First thing after an IAM login failure post-upgrade in Prism Central is always try a local admin login so you can even look at the IAM configs. Seen this recommended in Nutanix docs too. Pretty sure that's the exam intent.
