B . UEFI with Secure Boot is a must for Credential Guard, otherwise it just won't activate. RAM and CPU count don't matter for this feature. Saw a similar question before, pretty sure that's what was needed.

Option B saw this in another mock. Credential Guard absolutely needs UEFI with Secure Boot. No way around that for Server 2019.
