I get why folks might think C, but the menu has to be identical at all times so that's a trap. D is more correct since it makes sure the options never change, even outside of business hours. If I'm missing something let me know!
D , since the prompt says "same menu at all times," which means 24/7 consistency, not just during business hours. In Teams you set the auto attendant to use one menu and choose 24/7 availability to make sure callers always get identical options. I think that's right but if someone knows a Teams shortcut I'm missing, let me know.
B
That makes sense to me, D. If the menu never changes then no need for different schedules, right?
D
Here the edge case is that if holidays or after-hours were configured, the menu could change, so only 24/7 (D) covers "all times" literally. Some might miss that detail.
Not C, D. If you want the auto attendant menu to never change, you set it to 24/7 in Teams. That way callers always get the same options no matter when they call. Pretty sure that's the intent here but open if someone sees it differently.
D . The trap is thinking 'all times' might only mean business hours, but in Teams 24/7 is how you keep the menu unchanged round the clock.
Its D, only 24/7 keeps the auto attendant menu totally unchanged. In Teams, "same menu at all times" flips it to D.
Probably D, since 24/7 keeps the menu always the same just like the prompt says.
