YES to both. Nice clear image, this matches what I've seen in similar practice sets.
Yes to both statements. As long as the data entity isn't set to read-only, "Open in Excel" allows real-time editing and syncing changes back. If it was a custom entity without update rights, that might change the answer.
For statement 2, are we sure it's always YES? If the data entity is set as read-only, "Open in Excel" won't let you publish changes back. Is that mentioned anywhere in the scenario?
Not sure it's always YES for the second statement. If the entity is read-only, you can't publish changes back with Open in Excel, so that's a common trap. Unless the scenario mentions restrictions, I think both should be YES, but that "read-only" exception can trip people up. Anyone else ran into that in practice?
Both look like YES for me too. First one because Word templates are definitely a thing in D365 Finance, and the Excel add-in lets you edit then push back changes as long as the entity allows it. Pretty sure but if anyone had a different experience, let me know.
