I don't think B is right here. D looks like a better fit since TCP/UDP load balancer can handle more protocols.

C vs D. I don't think B fits since HTTP(S) load balancers aren't meant for generic routing to on-prem. Network or TCP/UDP LB seem more flexible here, unless I'm missing something.

Definitely B. Internal HTTP(S) load balancer lets you route VPC traffic to your appliances and supports active-active plus automatic failover. Only catch is it works just for HTTP(S), but that's usually the exam's intent here. Pretty sure this is what Google wants.
