Option D makes more sense here since Workspaces lets you actually design and save custom views. Activity and Documents don’t really offer that kind of personalized setup. Pretty sure this is how it’s meant to work, but open to corrections if I missed something.

D imo, but not 100%-Workspaces is the only one that lets you design and save layouts for later. The others don't really do custom views from what I've seen. If someone has used a different feature for this in Genesys, let me know.
I don’t think A makes sense for this one, D is correct. Activity is more about tasks, not customizing or saving your workspace.
