True , the trap is thinking it might default to nobody or just superadmins but it's all admins by Genesys docs.

Pretty sure that’s True, system sends the notifications to all users with an admin role if no specific issue address is set.

Probably True. Genesys defaults to notifying admins if no specific issue email is set, as far as I know from practice exams. I guess if someone only had partial admin rights it might get weird though.
