Option B here, not D. The 'User' role can't do org deployments by default, that's only for admin per Genesys docs.
B for me, saw a similar question on another exam and admin is always the required role for deployment.
Pretty sure it's B here. Official guide and practice tests both say only admin can handle full org deployment, unless they've created a custom elevated role (which isn't mentioned). Let me know if anyone's seen different.
I don't think it's D. The admin role (B) is specifically needed for deployment in Genesys Cloud CX, default users can't touch org setup. Agreed, only someone with admin rights (B) can actually do the deployment and install for a new Genesys Cloud CX org. Haven't seen any scenario where supervisor or lower could do that, unless custom roles were mentioned.
B , only admin has rights to deploy and install the org in Genesys Cloud CX. Supervisor can do a lot but not full org-level stuff. Pretty sure that's how it works.
Does the question specify if it's just initial setup or ongoing deployments? That could impact if supervisor access (A) would be enough.
