Ursa Major Solar wants its sales reps to be aware when they are speaking with high-profile customers. Which two options should be added to the Lightning record pages to achieve this? Choose 2 answers

To meet this requirement declaratively, an administrator can add a Rich Text Area component to the Lightning record page. This component can be configured with a visually distinct and informative message, such as "High-Profile Customer," using formatting like bold text, colors, or images. To ensure this message only appears for the relevant customers, a Component Visibility Filter is applied to the Rich Text Area component. This filter dynamically shows or hides the component based on record field values, such as an Account Type or Customer Status field equaling 'High-Profile'. This combination provides a targeted, visual alert to users without any custom code.

A. Custom Component: This is a programmatic solution requiring a developer. A standard, declarative approach using existing components is preferred and sufficient.

B. Highlight Panel: The Highlight Panel is designed to show key fields from the record's compact layout and cannot be used to display a custom, conditional alert message.

C. Action and Recommendations: This component is primarily used to guide users through a business process or suggest next best actions, not for displaying a static, conditional warning.

1. Salesforce Help

Dynamic Lightning Pages: "You can make your Lightning record pages more dynamic by configuring component visibility filters... For example

you can craft a rule for a component to appear when a case is escalated or an amount is greater than a specified amount." This directly supports the use of Component Visibility Filters (D).

2. Salesforce Help

Standard Lightning Page Components: The Rich Text component is described as allowing an admin to "Add text and simple HTML markup to your Lightning pages." This confirms its suitability for creating a formatted

visual alert message (E).

Lightning App Builder Module

"Make a Record Page Dynamic" Unit: This unit provides a step-by-step example of adding a Rich Text component with a warning message and then applying a component visibility filter to show it only when specific criteria are met (e.g.

an Opportunity is overdue). This is a direct parallel to the scenario in the question.
