Maybe A. Had something like this in a mock and it lined up with unified Ethernet, MAC filtering, and QoS preserved. Not 100 percent sure but matches the requirements.

C/D? I'd honestly lean more toward C because preserving QoS with Ethernet transport is pretty standard, and many setups just let the SAN/LAN traffic ride on the same link. Not sure if C covers all the MAC filtering though, but D's usually less common here. Correct me if I missed something.
