Option B and C, saw a similar question in practice dumps.
1
Probably B and C, saw a similar question in my practice set and these matched.
Q: 2
A user can’t open an app on their iPhone. Which two methods help them open the app? (Select two.)

A and D are the ones I'd pick too. Force quitting is a classic fix for frozen apps, and deleting/reinstalling is Apple's own support advice if that doesn't work. The other options just aren't things you can really do on iOS for this issue. Pretty sure that's it but open to corrections.
C or D. I know A is common for fixing stuck apps, but C's 'Relaunch' option isn't an actual iOS menu-so that's probably the trap. D (delete and redownload) definitely helps if force close doesn't work. B and E don't address opening problems directly. I think A and D but if anyone's sure about another combo let me know.
Q: 3
Scenario You're trying to connect a podcasting microphone to your MacBook Air. You're using the Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter connected to a standard USB A to B cable that connects to the microphone. You open Sound in System Settings and click the input tab. but the microphone doesn't appear in the sound input device list. Apple APPLE DEVICE SUPPORT question What should you use to verify that your Mac has successfully connected to the microphone?

B tbh. VoiceOver Utility lists input devices and I think it's more direct for audio stuff, so you might check there first. Not totally confident though, maybe I'm missing some step.
1
C is the reliable choice. Official support docs and exam practice sets always mention checking System Information > USB before anything else when troubleshooting detection issues. Pretty sure that's what they're looking for here.
Q: 4
Why doesn’t the latest iOS release appear in Settings > General > Software Update on an iPhone?

Option A makes sense since if an iPhone is managed by MDM, admins can defer or block iOS updates. The device might not even see the update option at all. Pretty sure that's the main cause here, unless I'm missing something obvious.
2
Option A is the one here. When MDM manages updates, it can completely remove the update from appearing in settings, so users can't trigger it. C is tempting, but "not enough storage" usually gives a warning instead of hiding the whole update. Pretty sure about this but let me know if you've seen otherwise.
Q: 5
ACME, Inc. wants all users to see mounted servers in the Finder by default. Which terminal command should you use to modify the Finder preferences to display mounted servers?

1
My pick: C, since defaults write is what's used to actually change a preference. A just reads it, so wouldn't update anything. Pretty sure this is a common trap on these types of macOS questions.
1
I think A, not C. Pretty sure "read" is used for defaults queries, could be a trick with the wording.
Q: 6
Which Wi-Fi authentication settings does Apple recommend for better security for Wi-Fi routers and access points?

2
Option C, If the question says "most compatible" instead of "better security," would B make sense?
1
Call it C, that's what I see in Apple's recommendations for secure Wi-Fi. Transitional mode supports newer and older devices. Agree?
Q: 7
ACME, Inc. allows users to lock sensitive and private notes they keep on their iPad devices. Select two responses. Which two authentication methods can they use to lock a note in the Notes app?
Options

Option C and E
1
C/E is right. Notes lock uses either device passcode or a specific Notes password, but not Apple ID. Pretty sure PIN and secure token aren’t valid here. If anyone has seen a case with Apple ID password, let me know.
Q: 8
Which two data types can be included only when you create an encrypted iPhone backup to a Mac? (Select two.)

Its C and D I think but not totally sure, anyone else know for sure?
C and EHealth data for sure, but I thought Wallet items also needed encryption on Mac backups. Saved passwords maybe, but not as confident there. Anyone else see docs saying E can't be backed up this way?
Q: 9
Which device can you use to unlock your Mac computer's screen saver and approve authentication requests from macOS and other apps?

B tbh, cause on newer macOS versions your iPhone can approve password resets and some Apple ID verifications. Unlocking is usually Watch, but the question mentions "approve authentication requests" which iPhones can sometimes do. Could be missing something though.
1
D , Watch is the only one that can unlock and approve both on macOS natively. iPhone doesn't do both.
Q: 10
Scenario You would like to access files stored in iCIoud Drive on your Windows PC at work. What should you do to access these files on your PC?

Option B is right. You need to install iCloud for Windows and log in with your Apple ID to sync the files. A sounds plausible but the official app comes from Apple, not from the Windows Store. Pretty sure on this.
2
I remember a similar scenario from labs. on practice, it's B. Only the official iCloud for Windows app gives proper file access on a PC.

Had almost this exact question in a mock, System Settings > Privacy & Security > FileVault.

General > Software Update is what you pick here. That's where all the auto update options are now for macOS. Easy to mix it up with Security or Privacy but those won't set updates. Seen similar in practice sets so I'm pretty sure that's right, let me know if I missed anything.
5
Check the official Apple support docs or a good practice test for stuff like this. Software Update in General is the setting you want.
Q: 13
HOTSPOT Scenario: Ozzy contacted you about issues obtaining 5G service on his iPhone. You confirmed that his device is compatible with the carrier's 5G service, in a coverage area, and using the latest version of iOS. The carrier's support website indicates that a carrier settings update is needed to fully support its 5G service. Where in Settings should you go to manually check for carrier settings updates on iPhone? Apple APPLE DEVICE SUPPORT question

General > About is the spot, not Software Update. Easy to miss that trap since most updates are in Software Update.
3
General > AboutIf you go to Settings, then General, then About, that's where iPhone usually checks for carrier settings updates. Sometimes you'll get a popup if an update is available. Pretty sure that's the process unless something changed in recent iOS versions.

iCloud in the sidebar is the right spot. Find My Mac is managed as part of your Apple ID settings, not under Privacy. Seen this layout change in recent versions, so I’m pretty sure that’s what they want. If anyone set it differently let me know.

HOTSPOT Select the setting in the sidebar that you should use to turn on Lockdown Mode. Apple APPLE DEVICE SUPPORT question

6
Privacy & Security is the right pick here. That’s where Lockdown Mode sits in recent macOS versions, just scroll down inside that section. If the screenshot shows the System Settings sidebar, it’s almost always Privacy & Security for features like this. Could be confusing if you’re thinking of Control Center
1
Which sidebar option would you pick here, Control Center or Privacy & Security?

HOTSPOT Select the setting in the sidebar that you should you use to copy the password of a known Wi-Fi network. Apple APPLE DEVICE SUPPORT question

Network is the right choice here. You have to pick Network in the sidebar before you can access and copy Wi-Fi passwords.
4
Go with Network in the sidebar, that's where you manage Wi-Fi details. Confident that's the one.

HOTSPOT Where can you add a VPN configuration in macOS? Apple APPLE DEVICE SUPPORT question

If they're asking about Ventura or newer, it's definitely System Settings > Network > VPN & Filters.
6
System Settings > Network > VPN & Filters is the current path. Apple official docs and their support pages are good for these navigation changes if you're prepping.

Privacy & Security in the sidebar. This is where FileVault can be enabled on newer macOS versions. Saw similar steps in recent exam reports, pretty sure this is right.
4
Privacy & Security in the sidebar is the one to use. The "General" section is a common trap, but on newer macOS versions FileVault moved under Privacy & Security. Saw this recent change in practice materials too, so I'd trust that over old habits.

That matches what I've seen. Network is the right setting in the sidebar for enabling iCloud Drive access on a Mac.
5
Yeah, it's Network. That's the section where you toggle iCloud Drive on or off for your Mac, at least in System Preferences. Pretty sure that's what Andre needs here.

Gotta pick "Users & Groups" for this one.
4
Users & Groups is the correct spot for deleting a user on macOS. Account management stuff always goes there, not in System or Security prefs. Pretty sure that's how Apple's had it for years. Agree with others here.
