In an Integration Procedure, every Block you nest adds a JSON node around the elements it contains. A Response Action’s Send JSON Path must therefore traverse those nested nodes—using dot (.) notation—to reach the element whose output you want to return.

Given ActionZ is inside BlockY, which itself is inside BlockX, the correct traversal is:

BlockX.BlockY.ActionZ.

This is precisely the format shown in option A, and it is the only option that uses the required dot-separated JSON-path syntax.

B. ActionZ:BlockY:BlockX – Uses reverse order and colon separators; not valid JSON-path syntax in OmniStudio.

C. ActionZ:BlockY:BlockX – Same syntax problem as B and wrong hierarchical order.

D. BlockX:BlockY:ActionAZ – Uses colons, misspells ActionZ as “ActionAZ,” therefore invalid path.
