Yeah B matches what Salesforce expects, since dynamic dashboards automatically adjust the data to the current user's permissions. Filters (A) help a bit, but don’t change what data each user can see based on their own access. Pretty sure B is right here, but happy if someone sees it differently.
Honestly I think it's B here, since only dynamic dashboards give each user their own data view. Not 100 percent sure though.
B tbh, Salesforce is always pushing Dynamic Dashboards for per-user visibility. Filters are useful but don’t personalize down to each user like dynamic does. Pretty sure that’s what they expect here, but this wording is classic Salesforce exam nonsense.
