When you Send a copy, you are distributing a flow definition that others can use as a baseline. Recipients receive an email and can view these shared templates by navigating to the Templates section and selecting the Shared with me tab. This creates an independent instance for the recipient.

When you Share a flow, you are adding users as co-owners to the actual instance of the flow. These shared flows appear under the My flows section on the Shared with me (or Team flows) tab, allowing collaborative management and shared access to the flow's run history and configuration.
