Modern way is definitely C and D since Power Automate handles most automation now, and Azure Functions with listeners cover any custom needs. B is legacy, barely see that anymore. Pretty sure C and D are what exam wants, but open to counterpoints if I'm off.

You need to configure the system to support automation for referrals.
What are two possible ways to achieve the goal? Each correct selection presents a complete solution.

Nah, pretty sure B is a trap since workflow extensions are considered legacy now. C and D.
C/D tbh, Power Automate and Azure Function listener all the way for automation here.
C/D? B kinda tricks you if you're used to classic workflows but I think exam wants C and D for modern automation. If someone saw B on an official answer key let me know!
Its C and D. The official docs and practice tests keep pointing to Power Automate flows and Azure Functions (with a listener) as the main ways for automation now, not workflow extensions. I think that's what the exam expects, but happy to hear another take.
Really wish these questions would clarify if legacy features are still in scope! B, not C. Workflow extensions used to be the main way for custom automation before the push for Power Automate and Functions, so I still think B is valid unless they're excluding older setups. Not 100% sure though, anyone disagree?
B is wrong, C/D work here. Saw something similar in recent exam reports.
B tbh, workflow extension seems like a valid alternative here instead of C based on old Dynamics setups.
Its B and D. I think workflow extension (B) is still valid for automation in some scenarios, not just legacy, and Power Automate flow (D) is the modern way. Not totally sure since Microsoft pushes for newer tools lately, but I've seen B mentioned before. Anyone else think B should count here?
D and C imo, similar question was in my practice last week and both were right.
