Looks right from what I've seen in official docs and practice exams. Setting up entity relationships is how you'd allow BOMs to have subcomponents, and enabling auditing gives you the needed change tracking. If anyone found a better way, let me know.
Configure entity relationships for nesting subcomponents in BOMs, that's the only way to let you include subcomponents directly in Dataverse. For reporting changes by engineers, I think enabling auditing is the way to go since it captures who changed what and when. Change tracking won't give you this level of detail. Pretty sure about this but if anyone's seen a scenario where change tracking alone works for audit trails, let me know.

Makes sense to me, entity relationships let you nest subcomponents under BOMs, and enabling auditing is the right way to log all changes for tracking by engineers. Pretty sure these are the main setup steps here but open to other ideas.
