3. Refine backlog stories: Once requirements are captured, the BA works to refine (groom) the user stories in the backlog. This involves adding acceptance criteria and details to ensure stories meet the "Definition of Ready" for the development team to build.
4. Playback configurations: Finally, after the development team has configured the solution based on the refined stories (during the Build phase), the BA leads or participates in Playbacks. These sessions demonstrate the configured application to stakeholders for validation and feedback.
