Pretty sure it's B. AHV uses active-backup by default for vs0 since it works well out of the box for redundancy.
C or A, but the catch is Community Edition (A) doesn't count for production clusters in all the official docs I've seen. Paid tiers are Starter, Pro, Ultimate (C), so that's probably what they want. Unless they've changed naming again?

C . Had something like this in a mock-licenses are Starter, Pro, Ultimate for paid Nutanix clusters. The rest aren't real options, and Community Edition isn't commercial licensing. If someone has seen otherwise recently let me know.
C tbh. A is tempting but Community Edition isn't a paid cluster license level, and B/D are red herrings. Nutanix licensing for clusters is Starter, Pro, Ultimate.

Yeah, Nutanix cluster licenses are Starter, Pro, and Ultimate. So C fits. Community Edition is its own thing and not a supported license. Pretty sure about this but let me know if I'm missing something.
