Live events are explicitly designed for large-scale broadcasts (accommodating 1,000 to 10,000+ participants). The ability for presenters to record these broadcasts is governed by Live event policies ("Who can record an event"). Allowing anonymous users to join standard Teams meetings is a tenant-wide configuration managed under Meeting settings ("Anonymous users can join a meeting"). Finally, restricting how users share content—such as preventing them from sharing their entire screen and limiting them to specific applications—is a per-user control configured within Meeting policies using the "Screen sharing mode" setting.
