Option C and D
B tbh
Probably C and D. CDP handles segmentation, Marketing Cloud sends out the promos. Pretty standard combo for Salesforce campaigns.
Honestly Salesforce loves to overcomplicate this. C and D tbh, only those two actually tie into member comms for real promotions.
A or B? I figured Field Service Lightning could be used since their reps are out with customers, maybe they would pass along promotions. Salesforce Cloud Intelligence sounds like it might also help reach members with analytics-driven promos. Not totally sure though since CDP and Marketing Cloud are more for campaigns, but A/B seem possible if you look at integrated apps differently. Agree or am I missing something about how comms work with Field Service?
Makes sense to pick C and D for this, those actually handle segmentation plus the actual member outreach.
C/D tbh, since Customer Data Platform lets you pick out the eligible members and Marketing Cloud actually delivers the promo messages. Field Service and Cloud Intelligence are both trap answers here, they don’t handle direct member outreach. Let me know if you see it differently, but pretty sure on this combo.
Maybe C/D, not 100% sure since sometimes CDP isn't counted as comms but it's usually used for segmentation first.
A and B seem like the distractions here. Field Service Lightning (B) is for dispatching, not comms, and Cloud Intelligence (A) isn’t about messaging members. C segments the eligible members and D does the actual outreach-makes more sense to pick those, right?
C/D? Both are used for personalized promo communication, since CDP segments members and Marketing Cloud handles the outreach. A and B don’t do direct messaging for promotions like this, as far as I know. Pretty sure about it but open to corrections.
