Q: 6
An organization has IT divisions distributed globally. As the organization has grown, it has become
difficult to align the activities of the IT divisions with the organization's objectives.
How can the organization ensure that all IT activities are aligned with the organization's objectives?

B tbh
C makes sense here because cascading objectives top down helps tie all IT actions back to business goals. Without that structure, even the best compliance or feedback (A/D) won’t guarantee real alignment. Pretty sure ITIL recommends this exact approach for large organizations. Let me know if you see a different angle.
It’s C here-cascading objectives down each level is what keeps everyone aiming at the same targets. B is tempting but that’s more about risk than total alignment. Saw something similar in ITIL practice. Anybody see it differently?
B
B . I saw similar suggestions in some practice tests and the official guide mentions risk alignment a lot.
C
Maybe B. Risk mitigation feels like the main thing if you're worried about big misalignments.
B tbh
Its C, saw something like this in a practice exam. Cascading objectives keeps everyone tied to the overall strategy.
