Patch Policies are a feature managed exclusively within the HCL BigFix WebUI. The correct procedure to create one is to navigate to the main application menu, select the "Patch Policies" application, which displays the list of existing policies. On this page, the user must click the "Add Policy" button to launch the wizard for creating a new policy. This is the standard, documented method for initiating the creation of a continuous patching enforcement policy.
Why Incorrect
A. The WebUI Overview dashboard provides summary information and does not contain a direct "Deploy New Patch Policy" option for creating policies.
B. A deployment is a specific action, which is fundamentally different from a policy. There is no function to convert a past or existing deployment into a Patch Policy.
C. Patch Policies are a modern feature managed through the WebUI, not the traditional BigFix Console. The Console's Tools menu does not have this option.

Reference Detail: The guide explicitly states
"To create a Patch Policy
from the WebUI main page
click Apps > Patch Policies. The Patch Policies app opens. From the Patch Policies page
click Add Policy." This directly validates option D and invalidates the other options.
