Had something like this in a mock. B is correct since if the VM has its own external IP, it bypasses Cloud NAT and sends outbound traffic directly.
Don’t think it’s A, since extra interfaces wouldn’t force direct outbound traffic. B is the catch-external IP lets the instance skip Cloud NAT. Seen this tripping people up before on similar practice tests.
