B , only admin has rights to deploy and install the org in Genesys Cloud CX. Supervisor can do a lot but not full org-level stuff. Pretty sure that's how it works.
Does the question specify if it's just initial setup or ongoing deployments? That could impact if supervisor access (A) would be enough.
