The AND operator requires an individual to meet the criteria of both containers independently. Therefore, the segment includes individuals who have purchased any red product and have also purchased any product categorized as shoes; these do not need to be the same item.

B. Individuals who purchased at least one 'red shoes' as a single line item in a purchase: This would require both attribute filters ('red' and 'shoes') to be within the same container, not separated by an AND.

C. Individuals who made a purchase of at least one 'red shoes’ and nothing else: The segment logic does not include any criteria to exclude individuals who purchased other items.

D. Individuals who purchased at least one of any 'red' product or purchased at least one pair of'shoes': This describes the result of an OR operator between the containers, not an AND operator.
