A. B1 = FALSE, B2 = FALSE, B3 = TRUE does not create a valid MC/DC pair with any existing test case to demonstrate the independent influence of the uncovered conditions (B2, B3).

B. B1 = FALSE, B2 = FALSE, B3 = FALSE fails to create a pair where the outcome changes, which is a requirement for MC/DC.

C. B1 = TRUE, B2 = TRUE, B3 = TRUE fails to create a pair where the outcome changes when paired with existing tests for B2 or B3.
