C for sure. Flow lets you build a scheduled action and now supports outbound messages directly, so it covers both timing and integration. Workflow can’t do the delay like that anymore. Someone correct me if I’m missing something but think this is it.
Anyone using the official Salesforce study guide or practicing with hands-on Flow challenges for scenarios like this?
It’s C, Flow is the way to go now even though Salesforce keeps moving the goalposts. The scheduled path and outbound message support in Flow (since Winter '24) match exactly what’s needed here.
Probably C, but if "next day" didn't matter and instant notification was needed, would Workflow (B) be enough?
