Its D, flow can actually delete records which the others can't do directly. Pretty sure that's what they'd want here.
I thought about C since workflow rules can automate some actions, but they can't delete records directly. Pretty sure that's a catch here. Anyone else considered workflow for this?
Yeah, D makes sense since only Flow can actually delete records automatically. Approval process or validation rules can't handle deletes like that. Pretty sure that's what Salesforce expects for this use case. Agree?
