C . The key thing is "configured during setup"-plenty of folks lump D (Asset Management) in for ITAM but only Normalization Data Services gets directly set up as part of the core SAM Pro activation. If you're thinking of default/enabled plugins, that's where people slip up, but exam wants the one you can't skip in the wizard. Correct me if ServiceNow changed something recently.
Ugh, ServiceNow always buries these plugin details. Maybe D, Asset Management gets enabled alongside SAM stuff in some setups if you want full hardware and software tracking. Thought it was needed but not totally sure-anyone disagree?
C here, based on official docs and what I've seen in practice exams. NDS is tied right into the Pro setup wizard for normalization. If you're reviewing, check the ServiceNow guided setups or the official exam guide.
Not B, it's C. Seen similar in official practice, the Normalization Data Services plugin is flagged as crucial in setup guides.
D I actually thought Asset Management gets set up in the SAM Pro onboarding steps too, since it's such a base ITAM plugin. Not 100% but that's how I remember it in previous ServiceNow workshops. Anyone see D listed in their instance setup?
A is wrong, C. NDS is the one actually configured in the SAM Pro setup steps to handle software normalization, not just enabled like Asset Management. If they meant all ITAM plugins, D would fit, but pretty sure they want C here.
Option C. pretty sure on this. Normalization Data Services is the key plugin SAM Pro needs at setup for standardizing software records, even though Asset Management (D) gets used broadly in ITAM setups. Seen similar phrasing in exam reports so leaning C unless I missed a recent change.
Probably C. Normalization Data Services always comes up in official guides and practice tests for SAM Pro setup. Worth checking the latest ServiceNow docs or running through the lab environment just to make sure.
Its C. Normalization Data Services is required for SAM Pro so it can clean up and standardize discovered software names. Without this plugin, license recognition and compliance checks won't work right. Pretty sure the others are unrelated or only used with ITAM, not specifically SAM Pro.
