I don’t think it’s C, the mask in D looks more like what I’d expect for this subnet. C’s values seem off based on how these floating static routes usually show up in lab sims.
Exhibit shows external EIGRP, so you need AD higher than 170. Only C uses proper subnet, next hop and sets 171 for floating route. If it was internal EIGRP, you'd need a lower AD. Pretty sure it's C but correct me if I'm wrong.
D imo, but I get why people are saying C. D looks like a trap with that mask formatting, but C uses the correct /29 subnet and AD 171 for floating vs EIGRP external (AD 170). Not totally sure though, open to other takes.

C pretty sure. Mask and next-hop line up and AD 171 floats above ext EIGRP.
C is the best pick since it sets the correct /29 network and mask for the LAN and bumps the admin distance to 171 so it only takes over if external EIGRP (AD 170) fails. Pretty sure that's exactly how Cisco wants it, but let me know if I missed something!
C is correct, had something like this in a mock. The subnet mask and AD 171 make it float above external EIGRP (170). Pretty sure that's the intent, but open to other takes.
