Not sure I agree with the usual matches. I put Decision making with Control Costs, TCPI under Plan Cost Management, Meetings for Estimate Costs, and Historical review to Determine Budget. Maybe I'm mixing up the order but I thought TCPI comes up during planning. Anyone else seeing it this way?
