Administer Procurements (known as Control Procurements in the PMBOK® Guide – Sixth Edition) is the process of managing the relationship with the seller, monitoring contract performance, and making changes or corrections as needed. A key function of this process is to ensure that both the buyer's and the seller's performance meet the contractual requirements. This involves actively managing the contract to ensure all obligations are met and that the legal rights of both parties are protected throughout the life of the agreement. This process continues from contract signing until contract closure.
