Marketplace conditions and industry standards → External EEFs, policies and procedures → Internal EEFs, resource skills and availability → Updated OPAs, knowledge bases and lessons learned → Non-updated OPAs. Had something like this in a mock, pretty sure this is the mapping. Disagree?
Marketplace conditions→External EEFs, policies/procedures→Internal EEFs, resource skills/availability→Updated OPAs, knowledge bases/lessons learned→Non-updated OPAs
Always get tripped up with these OPAs and EEFs questions, PMI loves making us double-check the categories. The right mapping is:
- Marketplace conditions and industry standards → External EEFs
- Policies and procedures → Internal EEFs
- Resource skills and availability → Updated OPAs
- Knowledge bases and lessons learned → Non-updated OPAs
Not quite-resource skills and availability is usually considered an internal EEF, not updated OPA. The real trap is mixing up OPAs with EEFs here.
Got a similar mapping in my official practice test. Marketplace conditions and industry standards go with External EEFs, policies and procedures match Internal EEFs, resource skills and availability fit Updated OPAs, knowledge bases and lessons learned map to Non-updated OPAs.
Marketplace conditions and industry standards → External EEFs, policies and procedures → Internal EEFs, resource skills and availability → Updated OPAs, knowledge bases and lessons learned → Non-updated OPAs. I think that's right based on PMI categories but resource skills one always confuses me a bit. Open to corrections.
Marketplace conditions and industry standards → External EEFs, policies and procedures → internal EEFs, resource skills and availability → updated OPAs, knowledge bases and lessons learned → non-updated OPAs. Nice clear categories here.
