A (Line 1): The SDK is required in the first stage to compile the code; changing this would prevent the dotnet publish command from executing.

B (Line 3): This line performs the build; while flags can be optimized, it doesn't impact the base size of the final image layers as much as the base image.

D (Line 7): The ENTRYPOINT instruction defines the command to run at startup; modifying it has no impact on the physical size of the image layers.
