B is what I went with since Content Moderator scans messages for violations, which kinda relates to perception if nasty stuff damages the brand. Not 100% sure though, maybe I'm mixing up moderation with sentiment.
Pretty clear that's A for sentiment and opinion mining. Nothing else fits here.
A , official docs and sample questions point to Text Analytics whenever brand sentiment or public opinion comes up on the exam.

Probably A, since Text Analytics has sentiment analysis built in. Makes sense for measuring brand perception.
A tbh, Content Moderator catches policy violations but for perception/sentiment analysis, Text Analytics is the usual pick. B is a common trap.
C or A for a second but pretty sure A wins. Text Analytics actually does sentiment analysis directly, while Content Moderator (B) is more for filtering stuff. Unless they asked about blocking or flagging, I think A fits the requirement best.
Why not B? Content Moderator seems tempting but it's mostly for blocking content, not measuring sentiment.
Text Analytics is the one for sentiment tasks, so A here.
