A and C
Option B and D
B . Dependent picklists (A) look tempting but they only control available values within a single object, they won't keep picklist values consistent across both accounts and cases. For that, you need to set up a Global Picklist (B) and then tie it to custom picklist fields (D) on each object. Open to other thoughts if I've missed something.
B and D. Dependent picklists won't enforce the same values across both objects, global plus custom picklist is how you get consistency.
B and D are it. Only global picklist value sets (B) let different objects like Account and Case share the same values, and you need custom picklist fields (D) to use them. Think that's what "consistent" means here, but feel free to disagree.
I don’t think B is enough. A and D.
B, D tbh. Global picklists plus custom picklist fields are how you keep values synced across objects, especially when record types matter.
B and D here. Global picklists give you one value set to share across objects, and then you use custom picklist fields on Account and Case. Pretty sure that's how Salesforce wants you to keep things consistent with record types in play. Open to counterpoints if I'm missing something!
Why not A since dependent picklists work with record types too?
Looks like I've seen similar on exam reports, it's B and D.
