B imo. When the assignment rule checkbox is selected by default, even manual cases get pushed through the active rule. That ends up assigning them to the default owner, which is probably set as the admin here. Pretty sure that's what's happening, but open to other ideas.
Q: 7
The administrator at Cloud Kicks writes an assignment rule to send all cases created via email or the
web to the Automated Cases Queue Any manually created cases should be owned by the agent
creating them, however, the manually created cases now show the administrator as the owner.
What will the administrator find when troubleshooting this issue?

B . If the assignment rule checkbox is checked by default, then manual cases get routed through assignment rules just like email/web ones. D looks tricky but that's not about the owner defaulting to admin. Anyone disagree?
B is it. The Assignment Rule checkbox gets auto-selected when creating cases manually, so those manual cases get processed by the rule and assigned to the default (admin) if they don't match criteria. Pretty sure that's what happens here, at least that's how my practice questions were.
I don’t think it’s B. Option C.
C or B here. If the assignment rule box is ticked by default (B), that explains the admin getting ownership because manual cases still hit the assignment logic. But if there's another rule that's more specific (C), maybe it overrides? I think B fits best per what I've seen in org settings, but curious if anyone's actually tripped over C in a real setup.
encountered exactly similar question in my exam, in practice and the default assignment rule checkbox was exactly what caused this. So if the box is checked, Salesforce triggers your rule even for manual cases, B.
B
B tbh. The assignment rule checkbox being default is sneaky here, D is tempting but just a distractor in this scenario.
Practice test questions like this usually point to C, based on some admin settings. Official guide covers assignment rule conflicts too. C
Not D here, that's a bit of a trap. It's the assignment rule checkbox set by default so manual cases get reassigned. B.
