C is wrong, A. Username needs to be globally unique, so even if the email looks fine or there's a contact record, that's not what stops the new user. Saw this on practice tests too. Anyone disagree?
A tbh, username clashes are super common. Has to be unique across all orgs. Makes total sense with Salesforce's system.
C or D here, since a contact record might block it or maybe Salesforce just wants corporate emails. Pretty sure A is just the obvious trap.
Call it A, seen similar on practice before. Username has to be globally unique, so B is just a trap here.
