C or DTrap here is C, since stratum 6 and up isn't allowed at all for CUCM sync. D is correct since you need a properly synced server at stratum 1-3 (v4). I think that's what the output is showing. Someone disagree?

A imo. The operator call handler is the one that plays a standard greeting and lets you dial an extension by default. Directory handler is more for searching users by name, not just extensions. Pretty sure that's right based on how Unity works.

Does the question specify if it's the initial greeting or when leaving a message? If it's about the default system greeting, A makes sense, but if it's caller input after the greeting, maybe D could be correct.
