When analyzing the IDS logs, the system administrator noticed an alert was logged when the external router was accessed from the administrator’s Computer to update the router configuration. What type of an alert is this?

C? If the IDS detected it, isn't that a true positive since it saw the activity?
C . IDS flagged an action and there was access, so I think that's a true positive, unless I'm missing something obvious.
D , legit admin triggered the IDS so that's classic false positive.
Its C here. IDS caught something so I think it's true positive, not a false one.
D imo here. If the IDS flagged legit admin work as an attack, that’s classic false positive territory. Only flips if the admin wasn’t authorized or their access was suspicious, but the question makes it sound routine. Seen this come up on other practice sets too.
D . Normal admin access got flagged, feels like false positive to me. Can someone confirm if that's what others picked?
