A technician is troubleshooting an all-in-one laser printer that prints a vertical line when making
copies and scans. When users print or receive faxes, the output from the printer is correct. Which of
the following should the technician examine to determine the cause of the issue?

Option C saw a similar question on my practice test and the issue was with the document feeder.
C or D, but C makes the most sense since it's only copies/scans showing the issue. Nice clean scenario, easy to follow.
Its C, drum issues would show on all outputs but this only affects scanning/copying.
C , most official guides and exam sims show this exact symptom pointing at the doc feeder.
C tbh, looks like it's only on scans and copies, not actual prints. Not totally sure but seems right here.
Maybe C. If it were a drum or roller issue, you'd see lines on prints too. Only copies and scans having problems points at the document feeder area. Correct me if I missed something here.
I get why you'd think D, but since prints and faxes look fine, I'd pick C.
D might be it-I recall drum assembly defects causing repeating lines on output. Since copies and scans get vertical artifacts, I'd check the drum before assuming it's just the feeder. Not totally sure though if print jobs are fine, but seems possible. Agree?
C
C had something like this on a mock and it was document feeder every time if prints come out clean.
