C is wrong, I think D makes more sense here. DRG with LPG can connect VCNs, and I've seen setups where they handle peering between VCNs in different places. Maybe I'm missing something about tenancy though, anyone else run into this?

D not C. LPG and DRG can handle VCN connections even if it looks like a trap since people might overlook cross-region or tenancy differences.

C imo. RPC is the only OCI service that lets VCNs in different tenancies connect privately without using the internet. DRG + LPG is just for within a single tenancy so not a fit here.
