How can an Administrator access open case tickets submitted to NetSuite Support by another user?

Option C is the one that matches how admins can see cases created by others, but only if they're looking in the Help Center. If you use SuiteAnswers or Lists > Support > Cases, you usually just see your own or cases assigned to you. There's a bit of a catch since permissions and account setup can affect this, but in most exam scenarios, C fits best. Anyone run into an edge case with custom roles here?
C
Not B, it's C. Think A is a common trap because that view only shows admin's own or assigned cases, Help Center is the way for all tickets.
Not A, C. Had something like this in a mock and C matched the process since only the Help Center gives access to all open case tickets submitted from your account, not just your own. Pretty sure that's what they're testing here but let me know if anyone sees it different.
A . Had something like this in a mock and Admin role lets you hit Lists > Support > Cases to view tickets, including those by other users, unless permissions are locked down. I get why C is popular, but A was correct in my training materials if I recall. Could be misremembering.
Option A I think that's the trap here, since using the Administrator role and going to Lists > Support > Cases seems like it should work for viewing all cases. Not totally sure though, happy to hear if I'm missing something.
A
C/D? Not 100 percent sure, but those seem like the closest for seeing all tickets.
C for this one. Admins see all users' support cases in the Help Center, not via Lists or SuiteAnswers.
