D, not A. Subnet mask mismatch kills local comms fast, IP is a common trap here. Seen similar on practice.
C/D? If both are misconfigured, subnet mask usually blocks local traffic, but an invalid gateway could too depending on topology.
D imo. Subnet mask mismatch is classic for communication issues between servers, especially with static IPs. Pretty sure that's it.
I'd pick A here since the static IP info could be wrong or mismatched. Official guide and exam labs usually list IP config errors as common issues for connectivity too. Anyone else see questions worded like this?
If the subnets are mismatched, even valid IPs won't help, right? I think a wrong subnet mask on either side means they'll think they're on different networks and can't talk directly.
