Universal Containers (UC) has a policy that requires all email traffic to remain within its
firewall. UC receives up to 2,000 cases per day, some of which include large email attachments from
customers.
When implementing Salesforce in this scenario, which solution should a consultant recommend?

Option A fits since standard Email-to-Case keeps email traffic internal, which matches their firewall policy. The other methods push emails outside or don't handle attachments as well. Pretty sure that's the right call but open if someone's seen Salesforce treat this differently in weird edge cases.
Not sure A is the only way here. Wouldn’t C (Email relay) also keep things in the firewall if configured right, or does that always send data out? Kinda fuzzy on how strict UC’s policy is.
C. Email relay looks good since it keeps the emails within the firewall.
I don’t think it’s A. C. Email relay would work since it routes mail inside the firewall, right?
A for me. Only Email-to-Case keeps all email and files inside UC’s own firewall, others don’t meet that strict policy.
Makes sense to use A since on-prem Email-to-Case processes everything inside the firewall and can handle big attachments, fits UC's security needs. Cloud or on-demand versions wouldn't keep data internal. Anyone see issues with large attachments here?
Be respectful. No spam.
