"Permissions in Microsoft Defender for Cloud": This document outlines the built-in roles for managing Defender for Cloud. It explicitly states that the Security Admin role "can also update the security policy and dismiss alerts and recommendations." In contrast
it describes the Security Operator as having "read-only permissions."

"Azure built-in roles": The official documentation for Azure roles details the permissions for each built-in role. The description for Security Admin (Microsoft.Authorization/roleDefinitions/18d7d88d-d35e-4fb5-b56e-27a1ba4c108b) includes the Microsoft.Security/policies/write permission
which is required to modify security policies. The Owner and Contributor roles also have this permission but include many others not required for the task
thus violating the principle of least privilege.
